This type of maintenance for your heating and cooling systems should be done once in the winter for your heat and once in the spring for your air conditioning. Along with the equipment benefits our Preventive Maintenance customers receive a 10% discount on all parts and a $5/hour discount on labor.

Oil Furnace: $205
Check Burner, electrodes, ignition, thermostat, oil filter, controls, heat exchangers, high limit, flame safety, flue passages, replace nozzle, air filter, & combustion analysis.

Gas Boiler – Noncondensing: $185
Check gas valve, limits, gas pressure, flue, thermostat, burner, thermocouple, & pilot.

Gas Boiler – Condensing: $225
Check gas valve, limits, gas pressure, flue, thermostat, burner, thermocouple, & pilot.

Oil Boilers: $205
Check Boiler, electrodes, ignition, thermostat, oil filter, controls, high limit, flame safety, clean flue passages, replace nozzle, & perform efficiency test.
